We have a robust internal marketing strategy to support and manage external referrals, ensuring a steady flow of patients from our referring partners.Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral surgery and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. This position offers the opportunity to work in a practice solely dedicated to oral surgery, allowing you to focus on your specialty in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities : Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery.Collaborate with referring dentists and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.Provide patient consultations, explaining surgical procedures and treatment options clearly and
