Job Details

6,000 annual ED volume (15 patients per 24 hrs.)

Start Date : ASAP

Hours : 12-hours (8 : 30A-8 : 30P) or 24-hour shifts

Rate : $70 per hour, will cover lodging and travel if needed

Job Requirements -

NPDB report required with presentation

NP must be AANP or ANCC certified (FNP, ENP accepted)

PA must be NCCPA certified

Life Certifications needed : ATLS, ACLS, PALS. Must be AHA certifications, no others

accepted. They will NOT accept AMRI life certs. (will accept non-AHA courses at initial application.)

Must have IA NP or PA license, DEA IA CSA.

Immunizations required : MMR, Hep. B, Varicella, Tdap (prefer titers, but will accept documentation of immunizations given.)

COVID 19 vaccine required

Flu vaccine required

PPD skin test or lab draw required within the past 12 months. (willing to order QuantiFeron TB Gold test and have drawn after EMR training, if needed.)

Mandatory Reporters Training of dependent adult & child abuse (MRT) required

Procedure / volume logs of 750 patients seen in past two years
