Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced foreman to join our construction team. As a project foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of construction management software.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or delays, and ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA)
• Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate project bids
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of workmanship
• Track project milestones, communicate with team members, and manage documentation
