Position Requirements

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

• Knowledge of the basic teachings of the Catholic Church
• Knowledge of use of office equipment
• Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
• Skill in critical thinking and planning
• Ability to honor and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multitask; be flexible and capable of handling a variety of on-going projects at the same time
• Self starter and takes initiative with limited supervision
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Demonstrate reliability punctuality and personal integrity. Personal issues do not interfere with professional responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and personal demeanor
• Review the lunch menu and make any changes.
• Make a list of items and ingredients needed / low on.
• Prepare meals - typically 30-80 children eat - sometimes less or more depending on the meal.
• Pick up food ordered from restaurants (twice a week unless it is delivered to the campus) at 10 : 45AM.
