Be the eyes and ears for changes in patient condition, helping adjust care plans in real time. Stay focused and efficient while keeping patients at the heart of everything you do. Patient & Caregiver Education Educate patients and families on self-care practices and safety. Be initiative-taking in identifying and reporting any safety concerns. Requirements You'll Bring to the Table : Education High School Diploma or equivalent - Required. Licensure Current LPN license in the state of Georgia - Required Experience At least 3 years of recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience - Required.
