Job Summary :

As a Cardiac Telemetry RN, you will provide direct nursing care following the established policies and protocols of our healthcare organization. You will be instrumental in creating individualized care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize standards of nursing practice to elevate the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
• Build trusting relationships with patients, their families, and significant others to develop unique care plans.
• Implement and assess nursing care plans through comprehensive evaluation of patient conditions and needs.
• Incorporate physical, social, and emotional dimensions into your assessment and care strategies.
• Leverage leadership skills to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, setting achievable goals and evaluating outcomes.
• Communicate effectively to facilitate cultural sensitivity and ethical decision-making in patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health promotion, maintenance, and comfort measures.
• Foster a supportive work environment by mentoring and guiding colleagues and students.
• Stay informed by applying evidence-based practices in delivering care tailored to age-specific patient needs.
• Maintain a focus on safety, exhibiting constant alertness while on duty.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including point of care testing following procedures.
