LOCATION : Tucson - Metro Command

STATUS : FT / 40hrs / week

Pay : $26-$28 hourly

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum 2-year college degree in business or related field required
• (OR) 3-5 years grant writing experience, with demonstrated success for funding programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate in MS Office Suite and Granting software
• Proven ability to research and connect to donors in support of TSA programs
• Ability to understand and convey program goals, vision, & values to align with grant applicability & requirements
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Firm understanding, respect of TSA philosophy and mission
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a The Salvation Army fleet safety training / testing
• Must have an Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to attend local meetings when necessary

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
