This is a US based remote position (PST time zone) that will start as a 6 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to dive into critical full-stack development, shaping the future of our robust platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and evaluating the software and systems that make our technology work, directly influencing the reliability and efficiency of our extensive infrastructure. Your expertise will contribute to a wide array of applications, from operating systems-level software to complex network distribution systems, ensuring our platforms remain at the forefront of technological advancement.

What You'll Do

• Lead efforts in modifying and enhancing existing databases and database management systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Architect and implement logical and physical database descriptions, specifying identifiers for management systems.
• Collaborate within a dynamic project team to coordinate database development, define project scope, and identify limitations.
• Evaluate project requests and user needs to accurately estimate the time and resources required for successful project completion.
• Engage in full-stack development workflows, contributing to an existing codebase with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Research, design, develop, and test critical software components, compilers, and network distribution software.
