Job Summary :
Fosters and enhances an effective learning environment; facilitates the development or revision of curriculum and instructional materials; establishes learning objectives and standards based upon general District guidelines; provides instruction counsels disciplines and supervises to meet the individual needs of assigned students and evaluates student performance and progress.

Bachelors degree and current valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with endorsements appropriate for the assignment. Must meet ESSA criteria for an assignment.

Salary Range : Substitute rate of $160.00 per day for the first 20 days per DPEA. Long-term substitutes in the consecutive day category shall be paid monthly per diem effective with the 21st day in the same assignment according to their placement on the salary schedule.
Salary Range : $56336 - $111055 per year depending on degree and experience.
7.5 hours per day 8 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM Monday Friday.
2025-26 Salary Schedule :
anticipated to work more than 630 hours per year will be eligible for Benefits through the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). Standard benefits include Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability.
Benefits : Positions anticipated to work 70 hours or more per month for at least 5 months over a 12-month period are eligible for Retirement through the State Department of Retirement Services. position is evaluated by the building principal.
