RN - Acute Care Night Shift with ACLS

This role involves delivering high-quality care during the night shift, from 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM, ensuring patient safety and comfort through expert assessment, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for administering medications and treatments, collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members, and maintaining accurate patient documentation. This position requires sound critical thinking and decisive judgment to care for acutely ill patients in accordance with established policies and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques and protocols.
• Provide timely and accurate information to healthcare providers to support continuity of care.
• Document patient care activities, including vital signs, medication administration, and intake / output.
• Develop individualized care plans within 24 hours of patient admission.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, including obtaining appropriate consents.
• Participate in orientation, staff meetings, and ongoing training to foster teamwork and professional growth.
• Engage actively in special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
