Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for education and training? We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursing Clinical Educator to enhance the onboarding experience for our new employees and promote the ongoing development of our staff.

In this role, you will lead new hire orientation and provide a comprehensive education program for all team members. You will assess the learning needs of our staff, develop tailored educational programs, and work closely with supervisors to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Your responsibilities will include mentoring new employees, facilitating the assessment and validation of competencies, and implementing continuing education initiatives.
