RN Weekend Supervisor 8pm-8am Every Other Sunday

What You'll Do :

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional care, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your role includes managing facility operations while ensuring compliance with nursing policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

  • What You'll Bring :

  • Valid state nursing license.
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Strong interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
