Wedding Coordinator – Nick’s Menswear
Full-Time | Wedding-Focused | Leadership + Customer Experience
At Nick’s Menswear, we help people look and feel their best for some of the most important moments of their lives.
As a Wedding Coordinator , you’re the go-to person for grooms, couples, and wedding parties. You’ll guide them through the entire experience — from registration to styling — while supporting the store as a key leader.
This role is perfect for someone outgoing, bubbly, organized, and passionate about weddings who wants a leadership-track position in a fast-paced, fun environment.

What You’ll Do Wedding Experience & Client Care
Lead wedding consultations and make the experience smooth, fun, and stress-freeRegister wedding parties, help with styling, sizing, and overall coordinationKeep wedding files, supplies, and backroom areas organizedCheck in wedding suits arriving from the warehouseCommunicate with wedding parties through email and text (mostly Gmail)Review weddings set up by other associates to ensure accuracyHandle small questions or sizing issues and escalate serious concerns to leadershipLeadership & Team Support
Serve as a store leader and support the team throughout the dayReinforce company values and maintain a positive, accountable cultureAssist new hires with learning wedding processes and customer experience standardsHelp monitor timecards and pitch in on leadership tasks when neededBe an expert stylist and a reliable resource for the teamStore Support
Move with urgency and help multiple customers at once when neededSupport teammates when you see someone who needs helpKeep the store clean, organized, and guest-readyUse our POS and Google Drive / Sheets / Gmail confidentlyMaintain professionalism, follow policies, and stay focused on the customer experienceWhat We’re Looking For
