A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive customer success and account growth. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to ensure successful adoption, growth, and renewal Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to customer needs Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates Required Qualifications 2+ years of on-quota, B2B SaaS experience in marketing tech and / or ad tech Fundamental understanding of online advertising and marketing technology Proficient in using modern SaaS tech stack including Salesforce and Business Intelligence Systems Experience negotiating business terms and managing documentation Experience in account management or sales is preferred
