Job Overview
The AVP, Associate Counsel (Strategic Transactions) will engage in a broad range of transactional work, with an emphasis on supporting LPL Financial’s strategic acquisitions. The position reports to the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel – Strategic Transactions within LPL’s Legal Department. This attorney will provide legal advice to in‑house colleagues and executives, manage outside counsel and interface with executives and counsel of potential acquisition targets. The attorney will advise in connection with a range of transactional and financing matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Pay Range
$141,800–$236,400 / year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
