Job Summary : Horizon Health, the nation's largest operator of hospital-based behavioral health services in partnership with CarolinaEast Medical Center in New Bern, NC is seeking a Social Worker / Therapist for its Behavioral Health Program. Responsibilities include completing assessments, developing safety and treatment plans, and providing group, individual, and family therapies.
