The Opportunity

We're hiring a Finance Business Partner to support our Manufacturing Business Unit based in Richmond, Indiana.

This is a key strategic role, partnering closely with the VP of Manufacturing and VP of Finance to provide financial leadership, insight, and direction across the plant management team. You'll help drive performance through financial planning, cost control, and meaningful analysis-turning data into decisions that move the business forward.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being close to operations, influencing decisions, and helping teams understand the story behind the numbers.

What You'll Do

• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to guide financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis processes.
• Develop and maintain product cost standards, capital budgets, and inventory controls.
• Analyze plant financials, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Present financial insights and reports to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Support compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Build financial awareness across the plant through education and training.
