Job Description :

The Mortgage Specialist will manage post-closing loan documentation, assist homeowners with mortgage questions or delinquencies, and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive homeowner situations professionally. This is a part-time, in-office position (Tuesday-Thursday, 8AM-5PM).

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and organize loan files, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Serve as a primary contact for homeowners regarding mortgage inquiries or challenges.
• Coordinate with loan servicers and internal teams to resolve post-closing and delinquency issues.
• Prepare reports and track loan portfolio performance.
• Assemble documents for loan sales and investor reviews, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
