Part-Time Treasury Clerk Or Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Treasury team as a Part-Time Treasury Clerk or Intern. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate cash management and treasury operations. You will support daily banking activities, handle administrative duties, and learn the intricacies of treasury functions within a complex corporate organization.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the treasury team about tasks that need attention.
• Scan checks and complete remote deposits.
• Respond to emails within the treasury inbox as requested.
• Assist with various administrative and clerical duties to support fraud prevention efforts and ensure compliance with treasury policies.
• Maintain records for bank accounts, agreements, and signature cards.
• Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

Work Environment

The role is part-time, requiring 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday, in the office. The team is diverse and inclusive, consisting of four treasury professionals.

This is a contract position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
