Job description

Our Inside Sales & Client Engagement will play a key role with our sales team by leading outreach to key customers and influencers to share insights and identify opportunities to share our solutions. Working closely with our regional managers, the goal is to get to key decision makers and set up strategic and value-added meetings for our teams.

We're looking for someone who is a self-starter and likes connecting with multiple audiences. Someone who can use the tools available, from our CRM to digital platforms like LinkedIn to find key audiences will be key for this role. This role requires a team player and someone who strives to help achieve overall sales and client engagement team results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation : Conduct outbound calls, emails, and networking to find and qualify new leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Stay informed through market research about industry trends, competitor activities, market conditions, and maintaining up to date product knowledge.
  • Collaborating with cross functional departments such as marketing, customer service, and sales to maintain and build client relationships.
  • Partnering with Field Sales Team to assist with scheduling sales meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in a CRM system.

NSP products include building wraps, flashing materials, insulation board, structural sheathing, and structural insulation. SCC products include mechanically attached and self adhered roof underlayment's. Our team of outside and inside sales and marketing professionals gather market intelligence and use it to guide product development and create builder, contractor, and commercial specifier brand specifications for our dealers.
