Clinical Training Specialist

A company is looking for a Clinical Customer Training Specialist to assist hospital pharmacy teams in maximizing the value of their solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with customers during and post-implementation to enhance the use of ControlCheck for identifying diversion trends

Deliver targeted clinical training and consultation to improve customer understanding of product integration into daily operations

Maintain clinical training materials and act as a trusted advisor to drive continuous improvement in training and product use

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a hospital pharmacist or pharmacy technician

5+ years of experience with hospital drug diversion programs

2-5 years of experience in training or onboarding customers on software or clinical tools

Proven ability to analyze and interpret clinical data for workflow improvements

Experience with ControlCheck or similar healthcare technology preferred
