Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Designer with 5+ years of experience i n the children's apparel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction, fit, and specifications, with experience in Girls sizes required. This role requires someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring design concepts are translated into production-ready garments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed technical packages (tech packs), including construction details, garment measurements, and BOMs.
• Partner with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution from concept through final production.
• Conduct garment fittings, prepare fit comments, and communicate revisions to vendors and factories.
• Review samples to ensure quality, fit, and adherence to brand standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently with minimal oversight.
• Maintain consistency in grading, sizing, and quality across all product categories.
• Stay current with fabric trends, construction techniques, and market standards.
