Job descriptionExperience leading large-scale, global platform initiatives. Strong ability to influence engineering, product, compliance, and executive / C-suite stakeholders. Demonstrated success delivering high-value programs with measurable ROI. Expertise in business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and financial target accountability. Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, settlement, merchant acquiring, tokenization, and compliance. Experience with modern technology stacks (APIs, cloud migration, microservices). Deep knowledge of program governance frameworks (e.g., Agile). Strong vendor / third-party risk and regulatory management experience. Exceptional change management and global adoption leadership. Strong communication skills with the ability to craft executive-level program updates. MondayFriday, 8 / 9 AM 5 PM EST Hybrid model : 12 days onsite in Cincinnati W2 Contract 10 Months | Extension Only

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager Technology to support a major financial services client. This role drives large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong delivery discipline, deep payments domain knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stakeholder, global platform initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, product, operations, and compliance to align on program goals and execution.
- Drive programme governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
- Champion change adoption across global teams and ensure seamless communication.
