(Y / N) : No Required / Preferred Years of experience REQ : 1 Year First-timers accepted : Yes National Certs REQ : BLS, ARRT (R) and SCQRSA Radiation Badge REQ : Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers Equipment Experience Req : c-arm and fluoro experience preferred Special Requirements : Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs Local Radius : 60 miles Locals Accepted : Locals Accepted : Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
