Clinical Details :

  • Work Setting : Family practice physician office / clinic
  • Age range of patient population : Birth to geriatric (flexible on younger)
  • Average patients per day : 18-20
  • Support Staff : RN, LPN Nurses, Medical Assistants
  • EMR : EPIC

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certified Family Practice
  • Current or eligible for Connecticut license
  • Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
