Key Responsibilities Define and evolve the creative vision for the brand across all channels Lead and mentor a high-performing creative team in design, video, and content Translate marketing performance data into actionable creative strategies to improve conversion and retention Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant creative experience in a high-performing CPG or DTC brand environment Experience working for a CPG brand Strong portfolio demonstrating success in brand storytelling and performance marketing creative Experience in health & wellness, food, or supplements is highly preferred Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools
