Job descriptionProven experience in product management or solution architecture, with a strong track record of success. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript / JavaScript. Expertise in agentic design, prompt engineering, and emerging LLM technologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Self-starter with a passion for solving meaningful problems and delivering real-world impact. Experience with voice-enabled conversational AI systems and vector databases. Knowledge of ML techniques for intent classification and dialog management. Background in healthcare operations or finance, with prior experience in regulated industries.

Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and craft bespoke AI workflows to deliver impactful solutions.
- Design and execute tailored AI use cases, leveraging advanced conversational systems and LLM-based AI technologies.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate AI systems with client APIs and enterprise systems for seamless functionality.
- Continuously optimize and test AI systems to improve performance and user experience.
- Work closely with various teams to define product requirements and document decision workflows for scalability.
