We're looking for a Service Manager to lead our Front of House operations and help deliver the exceptional hospitality and "above and beyond" guest experience that 4 Rivers is known for. This position plays a key role in developing our team, maintaining our service standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and develop all Front of House team members through coaching, communication, and example.
• Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, staffing, and floor management.
• Maintain 4R standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment that reflects our 4 Rivers culture.
• Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and senior leadership to ensure smooth operations.
