Vantor is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst and financial business partner. This role will serve as a key member of the business operations finance team in support of multiple executive leaders. Reporting to the business operations finance director, this position will be responsible for delivering value-added business analysis as well as defining and reporting meaningful financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful, accurate business decisions.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and monitor the annual budget and monthly expense forecast for the corporate functions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly budget versus actual variance analysis and continuously drive forecast accuracy improvements.
• Support monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting, including Monthly Business Reviews, Board of Director meetings, and other reviews as necessary.
• Continuously develop systems and processes. Evaluate current processes, identify best practices, develop plans to reach goals and implement improvements.
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial models, forecasts, reports and analyses, as needed.
• Partner at an executive level to learn, guide, and influence.

The base pay for this position within Colorado is : $76,000.00 - $126,000.00 annually. The base pay for this position within New Jersey is : $76,000.00 - $126,000.00 annually. The base pay for this position within Delaware is : $76,000.00 - $126,000.00 annually. The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is : $83,000.00 - $139,000.00 annually. The base pay for this position within California is : $87,000.00 - $127,600.00 annually. For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
