We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Architect to provide technical and advisory support across a portfolio of advanced aviation platforms. This role focuses on the AC / MC-130J ecosystem and ISR aircraft within a highly dynamic and security-conscious environment. The successful candidate will develop and execute cybersecurity strategies, lead accreditation efforts, and improve the cybersecurity architecture for mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead cybersecurity strategy, planning, and implementation across SOF aviation platforms.
- Develop acquisition documentation in support of MC-130J SOF mission systems.
- Manage cybersecurity authorizations and documentation for Radio Frequency Countermeasures (RFCM) systems.
- Support developmental test & evaluation (DT&E), operational test (OT), and system fielding activities.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure secure system integration.
- Assist in the architectural planning and alignment of independently developed systems to support integrated mission operations.
- Provide guidance for continuous improvement of cybersecurity posture and compliance with federal standards.
Requirements :
U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for a security clearance (active clearance strongly preferred).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture within defense, aerospace, or federal programs.Deep understanding of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and system accreditation processes.Experience with aircraft mission systems, avionics, and defense cybersecurity requirements.Proven track record supporting DT&E, OT, and deployment of secure mission-critical systems.Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
