Position : Per Diem LPN in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Sports Medicine Office

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Location : 1019 New Loudon Road, Latham, NY

Join our vibrant team at our Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Sports Medicine office! We are dedicated to providing top-notch patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. Our division features a collaborative environment with 10 physicians and 16 residents, all striving to meet the diverse needs of our patients, from medical to psychosocial. We welcome a motivated and energetic LPN to support our healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately obtain and document vital signs
• Record patient's medical history components
• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
• Assist in in-office procedures under supervision
• Conduct diagnostic CLIA waived testing
• Perform venipuncture for lab testing
• Handle prescription call-backs as per scope of practice
• Prepare patient charts with relevant clinical information
• Maintain and restock examination room supplies
• Comply with regulatory standards and protocols
• Float to various multi-specialty clinics as needed
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
