Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Initiate contact via phone with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and expectations.

Product Promotion : Clearly present and promote suitable insurance products and services to each client.

Lead Management : Follow up on leads provided by the agency and handle inquiries efficiently.

Data Entry : Accurately record client interactions, inquiries, and relevant sales data in the CRM system.

Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Goal Achievement : Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets set by the company.

Requirements

Experience : Proven experience in a similar telemarketing or sales role is preferred, but not required.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage and persuade clients.

Customer Service : Strong aptitude for understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.

Sales Ability : Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently in a face-paced environment.

Team Collaboration : Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Motivation : A self-starting attitude with a strong desire to achieve personal and team success.
