Life Care Center of Port Orchard is a long-term care and\npost-acute care facility, well known for its extraordinary customer service,\nhigh-quality nursing and therapy services, and high employee morale and\nretention. We are currently looking for a full-time and PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team.

We also feature :

• Full-time : $40 - $50 / hr DOE
• PRN : $50 - $55 / hr DOE
• Student Loan Repayment : Up to $250 per month for up to three years. $9,000 over three years.

Position Summary\n

The OT - Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
