Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day
Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and provide necessary information
Document accounts accurately while ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year work experience required
Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred
Previous medical experience strongly preferred
Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
