Overview

Employer Industry : Cloud Software Solutions

What to Expect

  • Become an expert in understanding and implementing the HCM and Core Compensation product suites
  • Provide healthcare industry perspective for customer business requirements, ensuring leading practices are maintained
  • Communicate project status to Engagement Managers, providing recommendations on project health
  • Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release
  • Share knowledge gained with other consultants and the wider partner ecosystem

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, focusing on Core HCM and Compensation modules
  • Proven technical experience from requirements gathering to system building and testing
  • Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Recruiting, Learning, and / or Talent modules is a significant plus
  • Strong business consulting and strategic acumen, with an understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Proven mentorship skills, fostering individual growth and development
  • Strong solutions design skills, with the ability to analyze business challenges and develop effective solutions
  • Expertise in strategic business consulting, including market analysis and financial acumen
