Talent Acquisition Specialist

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Partner- US.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and onboard top talent for Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, and Marketing

Design and enhance interview processes to assess candidates' competencies and cultural fit

Collaborate with the Global Talent Lead and contribute to building best-in-class talent processes and systems

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in commercial and GTM recruitment, with a focus on Field Sales recruitment preferred

Experience in the tech sector and a start-up / scale-up environment

Must be based in the EST timezone

Proven experience in building talent pipelines and networks

Strong experience in interview design and reporting capabilities
