Requirements for Assistant Director of Nursing :

Current Massachusetts nursing license (RN)

Experience with electronic medical record, PCC preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid leadership abilities

Job Duties for Assistant Director of Nursing :

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Mentor RN / LPN Staff Nurses

Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care

Implement infection control updates

Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives

The successful Assistant Director of Nursing  candidate will report to the Director of Nursing and collaborate with our Staff Development Coordinator to foster patient-centered nursing care.
