The Vice President of Validated Solutions and Partner Strategy is a cross-functional leader responsible for creating, maintaining, and scaling the Lumen Validated Designs (LVD) program. This role will also lead the development and management of Lumen's strategic partner ecosystem identifying, onboarding, and enabling technology partners that align with Lumen's solution strategy. This is a high-impact role that operates at the intersection of partner strategy, solution development, and go-to-market readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in partner programs, ecosystem development, and technical solution validation, with a track record of driving scale and operational rigor.

Compensation : This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges $238,076 - $317,434 in all states.
