A company is looking for an Improvement Advisor to support organizational performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate planning and implementation of performance improvement strategies
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Utilize and teach process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Associate's degree with 5 years of experience may be considered
Minimum of two years of experience in operational process improvement or healthcare management preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
If a licensed registered nurse (RN), must hold an unencumbered RN license
Must maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
