What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the transportation facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report suspicious activity and / or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas within the transportation location.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance and help to deter unwanted behavior at the location.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
