Job Summary

The Morning Shift Leader is responsible for opening the store leading morning operations and supervising staff. This role requires strong leadership prior coffee experience and the ability to manage fast-paced morning rush periods. The morning Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring the team has a clear understanding of goals expectations products cleanliness new directives and guest connections during the shift. for developing a positive environment for both customers and fellow staff members all while providing consistently fast efficient and friendly service to all.
