Licensed Architect

A company is looking for an Architect to develop construction plans for wood framed residential projects. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to gather and understand project requirements Lead the development of design phase documentation including construction documents, specifications, and drawings Prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents while collaborating with clients and consultants Required Qualifications Degree in architecture AIA license (NCARB licensure preferred) 5+ years of experience in architecture with multi-disciplinary teams 3+ years of experience with Revit and proficiency in AutoCad, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and Power BI Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and presentation skills
