Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities :
Demonstrate subject matter expertise related to Snap-on equipment (John Bean products)Generate sales of Snap-on equipment (John Bean products) within assigned territoryAccurately quote prices, prepare proposals, and conduct location surveys to gauge fit of desired productsBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers through cold calls, lead generation and proactive canvasing of territoryDevelop, foster, and sustain relationships with existing customersWork collaboratively with essential field service team members to deliver cohesive customer experiencesFacilitate dynamic customer equipment trainings and demonstrationsEstablish and maintain supportive relationships with Snap-on franchiseesLeverage other divisions to drive inclusive customer solutions and brand awarenessGenerate and expedite resolution of customer concerns with professional courtesy and appropriate escalationAnalyze territory potential, track sales, and generate reporting to managementQualifications
Professional Skills and Attributes :
Professional outside sales experience with portfolio of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goalsStrong technical abilities and familiarity with automotive service equipment preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities with concurrent timelinesEnergetic, sense of urgency, motivated to sell, passion for the industry, and positive representation of the Snap-on brandCommitment to the sales of premium undercar service equipmentContinuous learner seeking to develop new skills and expand knowledge for maximum career progressionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applicationsExcellent written and interpersonal communication and presentation skillsPhysical Requirements & Working Conditions :
