Job Description

Our team in Norfolk, VA has an immediate need for a Mid-Level Computer Technician to provide support to and conduct maintenance on various equipment for the Mobile Expeditionary Communications Kits (MECKs) onsite at Naval Station Norfolk. Primary responsibilities include :

• Perform day to day monitoring, testing, and Tier1-2 maintenance actions for Windows 10 systems and associated printers by installing updates, conducting routine health checks, and troubleshooting / resolving technical issues
• Ensure IA compliance by patching, scanning, and providing scans regularly
• Work with a dedicated MECK support team to ensure operability and compliance / accreditation for all associated equipment
• Assist with the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), drawings, and system documentation
