The University of California, Irvine is seeking qualified candidates for a Clinical Associate Medical Intensivist position for ICU / SDU coverage. Duties will include clinical service primarily at the UCI site in Los Alamitos Hospital.

Minimum Qualifications

• M.D. / D.O. degree.
• Board-certified or eligible in the field of Critical Care Medicine
• Eligible for California licensure
• Experienced in providing and / or oversight of care

Total Compensation Full-Time : Critical Care benchmarks for a Clinical Associate within this specialty range from $235 / hr to $275 / hr, which determines the total compensation. The base salary will be set between $444,150 to $519,750. Total compensation includes the requirement to meet 2,100 hours per year. Clinical Associates will be eligible for a 10% incentive on top of their base compensation composed of productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction metrics. Additional compensation may be available for exceeding the 2,100-hour clinical requirement.
