East Gulf Alternative Delivery Roadway Design Lead

We are currently searching for an experienced East Gulf Alternative Delivery Roadway Design Lead to support transportation design projects in our East Gulf Region. Located in Alabama or Tennessee OR willing to relocate to one of our offices in either state.

To be considered for this position, applicants musthave, at minimum, 20 years experience.

What you'll be doing :

• Serve as a hands-on, project based, Roadway Lead for our East Gulf projects providing roadway discipline leadership, technical expertise, and roadway design production oversight
• Prepare roadway plan set components including plan, profile, cross section, and detail sheets
• Prepare specification packages
• Calculate quantities and prepare construction cost estimates
• Coordinate with clients and sub-consultants
• Develop and mentor roadway staff
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines in a team environment
