Prepare specifications. Perform code analysis. Monitor budget to ensure project progress aligns with costs and schedule. Stay updated on new technologies, trends, and best practices, recommending changes as appropriate. Mentor early-career professionals in design. Maintain and develop client relationships and new business opportunities. Assist in proposal development and interviews for new work. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s of Architecture from an accredited university and current architectural licensure. 5-10 years of relevant experience. Experience with Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Twinmotion, Enscape, or similar software. Strong knowledge of architecture and design concepts. Experience leading or coordinating teams, including consultants and contractors. Success Factors Effective task and time management skills. Creativity, innovation, and problem-solving abilities.
