We're looking for a Used Equipment Marketing Coordinator to help showcase our fleet, support our sales teams, and keep our customers informed across multiple platforms. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy combining marketing with hands-on equipment work, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Create and upload inspections to CAT and third-party online platforms (CAT, Machinery Trader, Ritchie Bros).
• Take high-quality photos of equipment and ensure accurate, up-to-date online listings.
• Stage, organize, and identify sale-ready units in coordination with other divisions.
• Communicate with customers seeking information on posted equipment.
• Create sales reports for managers to track performance and analyze data.
• Keep Sales Representatives and Supervisors informed of any issues during the sales process.
• Provide recommendations to improve internal processes while demonstrating outstanding customer service.
