Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN -Behavioral Health

Specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, including those experiencing behavioral disturbances.

• Facility Capacity : 24-bed unit designed to provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
• Staffing Ratio : 1 caregiver for every 6 residents, ensuring personalized attention and quality care.
• Population Served : Exclusively geriatric residents, ages 50 and above.

Schedule :

Dayshift-3x12 hour shifts one week and 3x12 hour shifts the next week, rotating weekends.
