About the Role

As a BC / BE Pediatric Hospitalist and Director of Hospital Medicine Quality & Patient Safety, you will :

• Provide direct patient care and clinical supervision.
• Teach and mentor residents on our resident teaching service.
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Conduct patient safety event reviews and oversee the pediatric resident quality curriculum.
• Engage in academic teaching through partnerships with Drexel University and other regional programs.
